Shipping & Delivery Information

At DonorDynamics, we are committed to delivering your digital donation devices safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for important information about delivery times, costs, and procedures.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Next Day Delivery: 1 business day (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. DonorDynamics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the European Union and selected international destinations. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us at info@donordynamics.net.

International Shipping

For international orders, please note:

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@donordynamics.net. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your donation device in perfect condition.

Pre-Orders

Products marked as "Pre-order" will ship according to the estimated delivery date listed on the product page. You will be notified if there are any changes to the expected ship date.

Large or Heavy Items

Our CharityStand, CharityPole, and CharityWall products are larger items that may require special shipping arrangements. Delivery times and costs for these items may differ from standard shipping. Specific shipping information will be provided at checkout.
